01 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these conditions have specific meanings:

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person, members of the same household, the same device or the same IP address is strictly prohibited. tk1975 reserves the right to close all related accounts if this rule is violated.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration — including name, date of birth and contact details. tk1975 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until identity verification is complete.

03 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount on the platform is ৳500 for each method. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

04 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive up to a 120% bonus of ৳5,000 on their first deposit. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Or deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement applicable to all bonuses is 10 times (10x). This means you must wager 10 times the total bonus amount before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager ৳12,000.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry date; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• If any game limit is exceeded using bonus funds, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will be considered bonus fraud.
• tk1975 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Only one account is eligible to receive a bonus.

05 VIP Program and Cashback

The tk1975 VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Tier upgrades are based on active gaming activity and engagement on the platform. Cashback is credited every Monday and wagering conditions may also apply to cashback funds.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk1975 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false or fraudulent information.
• Abusing bonuses or claiming bonuses with the intent to defraud.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Attempting to influence the game by colluding with other players.
• Using third-party software or bots to place automated bets.
• Publishing defamatory or harmful content against tk1975.

Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and all funds may be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken where applicable.
